Yes!! 5 kb zipped! Great to download, but watch out, because somehow winzip managed to compress this 98%, so it's actually alot larger once unzipped. Don't let that put you off- you can always resize the bmp image so that it takes up less space. The zip file contains all the info you need to make this work. Try it, cause it's cute and everyone needs a friendly companion :).

Scanlions backgrounds for windows! The zipped files contain a readme.txt file which will tell you what to do. The background is available for the following screensizes- 640x480 scanlion_sml.zip (123kb), 800x600 scanlion_med.zip (187kb) and 1024x768 scanlion_lge.zip (306kb). The preview is a little grainy- the actual images are much clearer and quite pretty.
